When you need to get your pipeline tidied up, instead of staring at a deal and figuring out what needs to be updated, the deal data sidekick gives you a nudge on what’s most important (and a quick way to do it).
You’ll find it wherever you open a deal view:

When you update the data, we’ll reload and check for anything else that needs attention so you can focus on updating one thing at a time.
If there’s a nudge that you can’t act on right now, you can skip it to see what else comes up.
You’ll see prompts about things like:
- Making sure you’ve added updates after having interactions with your prospect
- Checking if overdue tasks need to be pushed or marked complete
- Checking that confidence ratings are still appropriate
- Asking if deals should be closed off, if they’ve gone quiet
This means you can get the basics up to date before a pipeline review, and spend your time talking about how to win.
